About TSX Group

Community Involvement

The TSX Group's Community Investment Program provides value and growth opportunities to the communities where we live and work. Registered charities from across Canada are invited to submit proposals for donations. Please note that we only consider requests that fall within our areas of support.

Areas of Support

We receive a large number of requests to support worthwhile programs and try to limit our focus to activities that are likely to have the widest effect.

We focus on social responsibility in the communities we serve in the following areas:

  • Investor education
  • Health and research
  • Social services
  • Arts and culture

We'll also consider requests for donations for emergency disaster relief in Canada and around the world. We'll channel these donations through an organization that is designated to collect and distribute funds for disaster relief.

Our corporate community investment initiative includes a corporate matching gifts program. All permanent TSX Group employees can participate in the program. We'll match employee donations from $10 to $200 within our areas of support.
