We want to help you invest with insight - introducing the new TMXmoney website!

Beginning in late July, you will see the current Market Activity section on www.tsx.com take an expansive leap forward to become TMXmoney.com - a new financial portal for Canadian investors. TMXmoney.com will be devoted to providing the individual investor with a host of exciting and valuable new features, capital markets tools and information.

Providing you with new and improved features to make better investment decisions.

The new TMXmoney website will contain many enhanced features to supplement the timely, relevant and accurate information you're used to receiving from us today. Some of these enhanced features will include:

• Comprehensive quotes and company information for U.S. securities listed on NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX and OTCBB, in addition to Canadian equity quotes from Toronto Stock Exchange, TSX Venture Exchange and NEX. Quotes will now include a searchable price history and annual and quarterly financials. For U.S. companies, we'll also include options chains, consensus research and SEC filings.
• Enhanced mutual fund information for both Canadian and U.S. funds.
• A more robust portfolio tracking tool, including fundamentals, charting, allocation analysis and news.
• A comprehensive stock screener, enabling you to efficiently evaluate and screen securities based on a variety of criteria.
• A set of financial calculators for lending, saving and retirement planning.

Protecting your information.

If you are an existing user of our Stock List portfolio feature on www.tsx.com, your existing portfolios and other information will be migrated over to the new portfolio tool just prior to its launch, provided that you have made modifications to your Stock List within the past 6 months. If you wish to have your Stock List account(s) migrated to the new TMXmoney site and have not logged into your account in more than 6 months, please log in and make a change to your information prior to July 4, 2008.

When we migrate your Stock List account, your existing portfolio and other information will be provided to our service provider for the new portfolio tool, which is based in the United States. In the event that a lawful order is issued to our service provider requesting they provide information related to the users of the portfolio tool, the service provider may make that information available to the U.S. government or its branches in accordance with applicable U.S. laws.

Advertising opportunities available.
