TSX listed issuers that are subject to National Instrument 58-101 Disclosure of Corporate Governance Practices must provide the disclosure required in Form 58-101F1.

TSX staff, along with the local provincial securities commission or l'Autorité des marchès financiers, will help issuers understand and comply with the requirements of Form 58-101F1 Corporate Governance Disclosure and provide guidance about how you can enhance the information provided to your security holders.
