TSX and provincial securities administrators have adopted important timely disclosure requirements to foster market integrity. Thinking about material facts, material changes and material information can lead to material confusion. This half-day workshop, a repeat from 2007, was designed by TSX with Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) to help clear up this confusion.

The Simplifying Timely Disclosure workshop will help issuers understand their disclosure obligations and how to best meet them. TSX and IIROC staff will walk through real-life scenarios and provide practical advice.
