ARISE Technologies Corporation To Trade On Toronto Stock Exchange

ARISE Technologies Corporation (the “Company”) - An application has been granted for the original listing in the Industrial category of 114,682,828 common shares of which 99,176,636 common shares are issued and outstanding and 15,506,192 common shares are reserved for issuance.

The common shares of the Company will be listed and posted for trading at the opening on Friday, December 21, 2007.

The Company is subject to the reporting requirements of Section 501 of the TSX Company Manual.

The common shares will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange at the opening on December 21, 2007.

Incorporation: The Company was originally incorporated as CVCC Holdings Inc. on October 6, 1993 under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia). By Articles of Amendment, the Company changed its name to ARISE Technologies Corporation on March 12, 1997. On June 30, 2003, ARISE continued its jurisdiction of incorporation from British Columbia to the federal Canadian jurisdiction and amalgamated with Intercedent Ventures Ltd. The Company has been since and is now subject to the Canada Business Corporations Act (the "CBCA").

Nature of Business: The Company is a Canadian-based solar technology company, whose goal is to help solar energy become a cost-effective, mainstream energy solution. ARISE currently has three distinct operations focusing on, (i) the development and commercialization of photovoltaic ("PV") cell technology, (ii) the development of a PV silicon processing technology and (iii) PV systems.
