Response Biomedical Corp. To Trade On Toronto Stock Exchange

Response Biomedical Corp. (the “Company”) – An application has been granted for the original listing in the Industrial category of 155,067,877 common shares of the Company, of which 129,977,631 common shares are issued and outstanding, and 25,090,246 common shares are reserved for issuance.

The common shares of the Company will be listed and posted for trading at the opening on Friday, December 21, 2007.

The Company is subject to the reporting requirements of Section 501 of the TSX Company Manual.
