InStorage Real Estate Investment Trust (the "REIT") - An application has been granted for the original listing in the Industrial category of 27,465,388 units (the “Units”) of the REIT, of which 23,181,735 Units are issued and outstanding, and 4,283,653 Units are reserved for issuance.

Concurrently with its graduation from TSX Venture Exchange, the REIT will consolidate its Units on a 1-for-8 basis. As a result, please note that the Units of the REIT will be listed and posted for trading at the opening on Wednesday, February 20, 2008 on a consolidated basis.

The Company is subject to the reporting requirements of Section 501 of the TSX Company Manual.

Incorporation: The REIT is an open-ended real estate investment trust established under the laws of the Province of Ontario pursuant to a declaration of trust dated June 20, 2006.

Nature of Business: The REIT is focused primarily on the acquisition and management of self-storage properties and ancillary businesses throughout Canada.
