Rockwell Diamonds Inc. (the "Company") – An application has been granted for the original listing in the Mining category of 421,647,808 common shares of the Company, of which 223,620,854 common shares are issued and outstanding, and 198,026,954 common shares are reserved for issuance.
The common shares of the Company will be listed and posted for trading at the opening on Friday, February 22, 2008.
The Company is subject to the reporting requirements of Section 501 of the TSX Company Manual.

Incorporation: The Company was incorporated under the Company Act (British Columbia) on November 10, 1988 under the name "Annabel Gold Mines Inc.". The Company changed its name to "Carissa Mining Corporation" on January 24, 1994. On October 26, 1995, the Company changed its name to "Rockwell Ventures Inc." and on May 16, 2007, the Company changed its name to “Rockwell Diamonds Inc.”.

Nature of Business: The Company has interests in four alluvial diamond projects in South Africa and another project in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
