The common shares of IBEX Technologies Inc. (the "Company") will be listed and admitted to trading on TSX Venture Exchange, on the effective dates stated below.
Listing Date: At the close of business (5:01 p.m. EST) on Friday, February 22, 2008.
Commence Date: The common shares will commence trading on TSX Venture Exchange at the opening Monday, February 25, 2008.
Please note that the common shares of the Company (Symbol: IBT) will be delisted from Toronto Stock Exchange at the close of business on Friday, February 22, 2008, and will be listed on TSX Venture Exchange at the same time.
