Avalon Ventures Ltd. To Trade On Toronto Stock Exchange
Avalon Ventures Ltd. (the "Company") – An application has been granted for the original listing in the Mining category of 72,919,748 common shares of the Company, of which 64,202,248 shares are issued and outstanding and 8,717,500 common shares are reserved for issuance.
The common shares of the Company will be listed and posted for trading at the opening on Thursday, February 28, 2008.
The Company will be subject to the reporting requirements of Section 501 of the Toronto Stock Exchange Company Manual.

Incorporation: The Company was amalgamated on July 24, 1991 under the laws of the province of British Columbia under the name “Keith Resources Ltd.” pursuant to the amalgamation of Rockridge Mining Corporation and Meadfield Mining Corp. On September 29, 1994, the Company changed its name to "Avalon Ventures Ltd.".
