The Company's Initial Public Offering ('IPO') Prospectus dated November 29, 2007, has been filed with and accepted by TSX Venture Exchange, and filed with and receipted by the British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario Securities Commissions on December 3, 2007, pursuant to the provisions of the applicable Securities Acts.

The gross proceeds received by the Company for the Offering were $1,400,000 (7,000,000 common shares at $0.20 per share with half warrants attached. Each whole warrant is exercisable into one common share at $0.25 per share for an eighteen month period). The Company is classified as a 'Mineral Exploration' company.

Commence Date: At the opening Monday, February 11, 2008, the Common shares will commence trading on TSX Venture Exchange. Trading in the common shares will be immediately halted upon the commencement of trading pending confirmation of the closing of the IPO.

The closing of the public offering is expected to occur before the market opening on Tuesday, February 12, 2008. Upon receipt of closing confirmation, a further bulletin will be issued to resume trading in the Company's shares.

Capitalization: unlimited common shares with no par value of which 14,832,753 common shares are issued and outstanding.
Escrowed Shares: 2,100,000 common shares are subject to 36 month staged release escrow.

Agent's Warrants: Compensation Options entitling the holder to purchase up to 840,000 agent's units at a price of $0.20 per unit. One whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one share at $0.25 per share for an eighteen month period.
