The Company's Initial Public Offering ('IPO') Prospectus dated February 12, 2008 has been filed with and accepted by the TSX Venture Exchange, and filed with and receipted by the British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario Securities Commissions on February 14, 2008, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities Act.
The gross proceeds received by the Company for the Offering were $4,400,000 (8,000,000 Units at $0.55 per Unit). The Company is classified as a "junior natural resource - mining" company.
Commence Date: At the opening March 18, 2008 the Common shares will commence trading on TSX Venture Exchange.
