Effective at the opening Wednesday, March 26, 2008, the common shares of Argentex Mining Corporation (the "Company") will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange. Trading in the common shares will be immediately halted upon commencement of trading in order to ensure compliance with Canadian securities legislation and will remain halted until four months and one day have elapsed from March 26, 2008, being July 27, 2008. The Company is classified as a 'Mineral Exploration' company.
