Effective at the opening April 21, 2008, the common shares of the Company will commence trading on TSX Venture Exchange. Trading in the common shares shall be halted upon commencement of trading and shall remain halted until 4 months and 1 day has elapsed from April 21, 2008, being August 22, 2008, in order to ensure compliance with Canadian Securities Legislation. The Company is classified as a 'Telephony Services and Software' company.
