TSX Group Returns to Denver in 2008 to Help Finance Local Companies

TSX Group and Canada offer financing opportunities for American micro to mid-cap companies

APRIL 22, 2008 (Denver, CO) – TSX Group Inc. (TSX:X), operator of Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange, will hold an information session today in Denver at the Grand Hyatt Denver Downtown.

The event will begin with the Keynote Luncheon at noon, featuring remarks from the president of TSX Venture Exchange Kevan Cowan and SVP of the Toronto Stock Exchange Richard Nadeau to address why over 135 US companies and 23 in 2007 have chosen TSX and TSX-Venture as listing destinations. The event will be emceed by Richard Nadeau, SVP of the Toronto Stock Exchange. A presentation by Doug Silver, CEO of International Royalty Corporation, will follow. As a leader of a Colorado-based company, the presenter will speak on the reasons behind his decision to list with a TSX Group exchange and the consequent benefits. The luncheon will be followed by the Going Public Workshop from 2PM to 4PM and a networking reception. Registrations to attend may be submitted online at www.tsx.com/usa.

The sessions will also feature CEOs of local companies addressing how listing on a TSX Group exchange has impacted operations and financing initiatives.
