Peer 1 Network Enterprises, Inc. To Trade On Toronto Stock Exchange
Peer 1 Network Enterprises, Inc. (the "Company") – An application has been granted for the original listing in the Industrial category of 134,119,827 common shares of the Company, of which 118,473,295 common shares are issued and outstanding, and 15,646,532 common shares are reserved for issuance.
The common shares of the Company will be listed and posted for trading at the opening on Tuesday, May 20, 2008.
The Company is exempt from the reporting requirements of Section 501 of the TSX Company Manual.
