BNK Petroleum Inc. - (the "Company") - An application has been granted for the original listing in the Oil and Gas category of up to 59,554,445 common shares ("Common Shares") of which up to 54,140,405 Common Shares will be issued and outstanding and up to 5,414,040 Common Shares will be reserved for issuance.
The common shares will be listed and posted for trading on a "when issued" basis at the opening on Thursday, July 10, 2008.
The Company is subject to the reporting requirements of Section 501 of the TSX Company Manual.
The common shares will be distributed to common shareholders of record of Bankers Petroleum Ltd. ("Bankers") as at 4:30 p.m. (Calgary time) on July 14, 2008 on the basis of one (1) common share of the Company for each ten (10) common shares of Bankers held as at the record date.

Incorporation: The Company was incorporated on May 26, 2008 under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bankers.

Nature of Business: The Company is involved in the exploration, development and production of oil and natural gas reserves in the United States, primarily Oklahoma, Texas, New York, Mississippi and Alabama.
