iFabric Corp. (the “Company”) – An application has been granted for the original listing in the Industrial category of 28,736,112 common shares of the Company, of which 25,899,750 common shares are issued and outstanding, and 2,836,362 common shares are reserved for issuance.
The common shares of the Company will be listed and posted for trading at the opening on Friday, September 18, 2015.
The Company is subject to the reporting requirements of Section 501 of the TSX Company Manual.

Nature of Business: | The intimate apparel division designs and manufactures women’s intimate apparel and in particular a range of specialty bras. The division’s customer base includes a number of major retailers as well as specialty boutiques primarily in the UK, USA and Canada. In 2010, the Company obtained North American distribution rights and in 2013 the Company obtained global distribution rights, for a new generation of intelligent textiles which have the ability to kill bacteria, repel insects and help encourage a healthy skin environment amongst others. |
