Nature of business: The investment objective of Horizons HRA is to seek long term capital appreciation through the use of asset allocation. Horizons HRA will primarily use exchange traded products to gain exposure to a portfolio of global asset classes with a focus on the forecasted amount of risk that each investment contributes.

Distributions: Horizons HRA is not expected to make regular cash distributions. Cash distributions, if any, to Unitholders of Horizons HRA of income, net of fees and expenses, will be made at the discretion of the Manager.

Horizons HRA is authorized to issue an unlimited number of Units, each of which represents an equal, undivided interest in the net assets of Horizons HRA. Units of Horizons HRA are being issued and sold on a continuous basis and there is no maximum number of Units that may be issued.
