The common shares of the Company will be listed and admitted to trading on TSX Venture Exchange, on the effective dates stated below.

The gross proceeds to be received by the Company for the Offering are $684,700 (6,847,000 common shares at $0.10 per share).

Commence Date: At the opening on Wednesday, July 16, 2014, the common shares will commence trading on TSX Venture Exchange.
