Nature of business: The ETF seeks to replicate, to the extent reasonably possible and before fees and expenses, the performance of a broad Canadian bond index with a short-term average maturity. Currently, the ETF seeks to replicate the performance of the Solactive Short-Term Canadian Bond Universe TR Index, net of fees and expenses. Under normal market conditions, the ETF will primarily invest in short-term Canadian investment-grade fixed income securities issued in the Canadian market, including government, quasi-government and corporate short term bonds.

Distributions: Cash distributions of income, if any, on Units will be payable at least quarterly.

Initial public offering: 500,000 Units will be issued at a subscription price of $20.00 per Unit. The ETF is authorized to issue an unlimited number of Units, each of which represents an undivided interest in the net assets of the ETF. Units of the ETF are being issued and sold on a continuous basis and there is no maximum number of Units that may be issued.
