RE Royalties Ltd.
TSXV:RE

The inaugural Canadian Climate Investor Conference successfully attracted several hundreds of investors. Kudos to RE Royalties and the other founding members - UGE International, ReVolve Renewables, Solar Alliance, Evergen Infrastructure, Electrovaya, Clearblue Technologies, Westbridge Renewables, Synex Renewables, Carbon Streaming, and good natured Products - who were among the 16 presenting companies. Each company had 15-minutes to discuss their company's solutions to create a clean and secure future, along with an opportunity to take questions at their exhibitor booth. The company presentations were punctuated with fireside chats with the event's sponsors, Canaccord Genuity, Integral Wealth Securities, McMillan LLP, TMX Group, and Water Tower Research.

Canadian securities regulators propose semi-annual financial reporting pilot

The Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) announced a proposed multi-year pilot to allow eligible venture issuers to voluntarily adopt semi-annual financial reporting (the SAR Pilot). The SAR Pilot would provide an exemption for certain venture issuers listed on the TSX Venture Exchange Inc. (TSXV) or the CNSX Markets Inc. (CSE) from the requirement to file first and third quarter financial reports under National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations.

TSX Amendments to Original Listing Requirements

TSX continuously seeks opportunities to improve the quality and integrity of the marketplace. With that aim in mind, TSX has introduced new original listing requirements (“OLRs”) for corporate issuers seeking to list on TSX. These OLRs seek to ensure that our rules: (i) continue to reflect the current needs and expectations of Canadian and global capital market participants; (ii) provide clear and pragmatic listing requirements; and (iii) reduce the need for discretionary waivers and exemptions, thereby reducing issuer burden, while maintaining sound requirements to protect marketplace quality.
