This is an aspect of listing that must be explored in depth with a corporate tax specialist. International companies If your company is a foreign company that does not operate in either English or French, you may incur additional costs for language translation. You may also face higher costs associated with performing background checks on individuals within the company who do not reside in Canada, particularly if they are not residents of the U.S., the UK or Australia. Beyond that, however, many listing costs are similar worldwide. Canadian lawyers and auditors are generally cost competitive with the U.S. and UK.
