Stampede Recap

TSX hosted its annual Calgary Stampede celebration on July 11, welcoming over 300 clients and stakeholders to the Trolley 5 Brewpub for a night of live music and networking with friends, clients, and colleagues.

The event featured a live Market Close ceremony where TMX's employee-run charitable giving program, Team Impact, was proud to support Discovery House Family Violence Prevention Society, a charity dedicated to ending the cycle of domestic violence for women and children.

Canadian securities regulators propose semi-annual financial reporting pilot

The Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) announced a proposed multi-year pilot to allow eligible venture issuers to voluntarily adopt semi-annual financial reporting (the SAR Pilot).
