TSX InfoSuite: Now Available in TMX LINX

New Feature Alert - We've integrated various TSX InfoSuite features into TMX LINX. Once successfully logged into TMX LINX, users will be able to:

  1. Access the VWAP Calculator - calculate the volume-weighted average price of any symbol on an intra-day or date range basis.
  2. Access TSX InfoSuite Web - account holders may now access TSX InfoSuite through single sign-on.
  3. Access TSX InfoSuite Invoices - users with a paid TSX InfoSuite account can now retrieve their invoice from the TSX InfoSuite page.
  4. View their Stock Quote - click here for information on displaying this product on your company's website.

Canadian securities regulators propose semi-annual financial reporting pilot

The Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) announced a proposed multi-year pilot to allow eligible venture issuers to voluntarily adopt semi-annual financial reporting (the SAR Pilot). The SAR Pilot would provide an exemption for certain venture issuers listed on the TSX Venture Exchange Inc. (TSXV) or the CNSX Markets Inc. (CSE) from the requirement to file first and third quarter financial reports under National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations.
