Introducing TMX DOOR

TSX and TSXV are deeply committed to building vibrant and inclusive capital markets where diversity fuels success for everyone. We recognize the immense value of diverse perspectives and experiences in leadership roles.

Introducing TMX DOOR – a centralized platform designed to connect experienced and diverse candidates with leadership opportunities, and help provide critical data insights into board and management diversity trends.

As an initial step towards fostering greater inclusivity, we've introduced a comprehensive candidate survey form, enabling individuals to self-identify across a range of criteria including gender, ethnicity, professional designation, and industry experience. In the future, we envision a dynamic, searchable database that will facilitate intelligent matching and foster connections between qualified candidates and leading organizations.

Why Participate in TMX DOOR?

  • Make a Difference: Contribute to a more equitable and inclusive corporate landscape where diverse voices are valued and represented at the highest levels.

  • Expand your Network: Enhance your visibility with boards and management teams seeking qualified candidates with your unique background and qualifications.

  • Shape the Future: Be a part of a groundbreaking initiative that brings together qualified candidates that can strengthen and diversify executive management teams and boards of directors.

  • Contribute to Research: Provide valuable data that will help us better understand and track representation in leadership positions, driving meaningful change.
