THE Mining Investment Event - Quebec City - June 3-5

TMX Group was a proud sponsor of THE Mining Investment Event, which took place in Quebec City from June 3-5,2025. Our strong representation from the Global Client team, TSX Listings, TSX Trust, and TMX Newsfile, underscored the collaborative effort across our organization to support the mining sector. We engaged directly with listed issuers to discuss current challenges, TMX Group's advocacy work, TSX Company Services programs, listing opportunities on TSX & TSX Venture Exchange, and our suite of product offerings with Trust and Newsfile.

The event successfully brought together a diverse and crucial group of stakeholders. It attracted a substantial number of asset managers, private equity firms, retail investors, brokers, alongside 150 issuers and 200 investors. This dynamic environment led to approximately 2,000 one-on-one meetings, reaffirming TMX Group's vital role in connecting the mining industry with the capital markets.

CIRI Annual Conference - Niagara-on-the-Lake June 18-20, 2025

CIRI's Annual Conference was held in Niagara-on-the-Lake June 18-20, 2025 and offered virtually. The Conference brought together around 150 industry leaders and IR experts who offered their views and advice throughout numerous breakout sessions, panel discussions and presentations.

We were proud to have Berk Sumen, Managing Director, TSX & TSXV Company Services participate in a panel session about retail investing as well as Roy Wefuan, Head, TSX & TSXV Company Services moderate a panel on best AGM practices.TMX was also delighted to be a sponsor of this event.

TSX Venture Growth Capital Event - July 18th to July 20th, 2025

In partnership with CEM, we hosted the 6th annual TSX Venture Growth Capital Event, which took place from July 18th to July 20th, 2025, in Kelowna, BC. This was an exclusive opportunity for companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange to meet with active and engaged investors in the venture market space. Participants had access to 18 one-on-one curated investor meetings with Brokers, Fund Managers, High Net Worth Investors, and Institutional Investors.

This year's TSX Venture Growth Capital Event was a notable success, bringing together key players from across the venture market. The conference featured over 40 presenting issuers and was attended by more than 120 capital market participants. Throughout the event, 730 one-on-one meetings were facilitated, providing a valuable platform for direct engagement between companies and investors. The participating issuers represented a combined market value of more than $3 billion.
