Nature of business: The ETF seeks to replicate the performance of the price of gold bullion, net of fees and expenses, by investing in long-term holdings of unencumbered gold bullion in 400 troy ounce international bar sizes. Transfer agent and registrar: State Street Trust Company Canada at its principal offices in Toronto.
Distributions: Cash distributions on Units of the ETF are expected to be made on an annual basis in the currency in which the Units are denominated, if at all.
