Incorporation: The ETF is an exchange-traded fund established as a unit trust under the laws of the Province of Ontario pursuant to the amended and restated master declaration of trust dated August 23, 2024, together with Schedule A thereto effective as of January 9, 2025.

Nature of business: The ETF aims to provide a steady flow of income with the potential for capital gains. It invests primarily in U.S. fixed income securities, with an emphasis on investment grade fixed income securities. It can invest in these securities either directly or indirectly through investments in underlying investment funds. The ETF uses a proprietary quantitative model based on advanced research capabilities in the construction of its portfolio. The ETF uses derivatives to try to achieve a desired risk exposure and/or minimize the exposure to currency fluctuations between developed market foreign currencies (such as the U.S. dollar) and the Canadian dollar.
Transfer agent and registrar: State Street Trust Company Canada at its principal office in Toronto.
Distributions: Cash distributions on Units of the ETF will be paid monthly.
