Incorporation: The ETF is an open-ended mutual fund organized as a trust under the laws of the Province of Ontario, pursuant to the terms of the declaration of trust dated December 8, 2011 as amended from time to time and as further amended and consolidated on November 26, 2025.

Nature of business: The ETF's objective is to achieve long term capital growth of returns consisting of income and some capital gains primarily through investments in U.S. debt and money market securities either denominated in U.S. dollars or hedged to U.S. dollars using forward currency contracts.

Distributions: Any cash distributions are expected to be made quarterly.
