Nature of business: The ETF seeks to replicate, to the extent possible and net of expenses, the performance of an index that tracks companies driving the growth and commercialization of the global space economy, including space technologies and components, launch and orbital services, space exploration and tourism, and satellite-enabled communications and data services (currently, the Global X Space Tech Index).

Initial public offering: 100,001 Units will be issued at a subscription price of C$20.00 per Unit. The ETF is authorized to issue an unlimited number of Units. Units of the ETF are being issued and sold on a continuous basis and there is no maximum number of Units that may be issued.
