TMX Equity Trading Notice
TSXV Receives Regulatory Approval Regarding Amendments to the Market On Open Auction
TMX Equities Trading is pleased to announce that TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") has received regulatory approval from each of the British Columbia Securities Commission ("BCSC") and Alberta Securities Commission ("ASC") regarding its proposed amendments to the Market On Open Auction, as described in Equities Notice 2025-022.
The proposed amendments have already been approved by the Ontario Securities Commission ("OSC") for Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX"), as set out in Equities Notice 2025-033.
The amendments will be implemented on TSX and TSXV on November 3, 2025.
