TMX Equities Announces Amendments to the TSXV Fee Schedule
TMX Equities is advising clients that the trading fee schedule of TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") will be amended, effective June 2, 2025. The amendments relate to certain fees payable for the order types enumerated below:
| Order Type | Current fee | Amended fee |
| Special Settlement Terms | Charged at Equity rates | $0.0010 / share / side, to a maximum of $100 / side |
| Notes and Debentures | Charged at Equity rates, per increment of par value traded | $0.10 per $1000 par value / side |
