TMX Operational Notice
New Extension for Contingent Value Rights ("CVRs")
TMX Market Operations is informing all clients that a new extension for contingent value rights ("CVRs"), identified by the symbol "****.CV," will be available in the production environment as early as Wednesday, June 17, 2026.
CVRs are securities whose value is based on a future event. If the event occurs by a specified date, then the CVR will distribute a pre-determined cash payment.
The root symbol will be included in the TSX Listings Bulletin when available.
