TMX Operational Notice

Change in Settlement Schedule for the Canada Day Holiday

TMX Market Operations is advising all clients that the Toronto Stock Exchange, TSX Venture Exchange, TSX Alpha Exchange and Alpha-X/DRK will be closed Wednesday, July 01, 2026.

All trades on Tuesday June 30, 2026 will be for Special Settlement on Thursday, July 02, 2026.

Members are also advised that the Canadian Depository for Securities will similarly be closed for the Canada Day Holiday.

Listed below is the Settlement schedule for this period:
