UPDATE: TMX IP issue impacting CIX data in CBBO-A1 and CBBO-A2 feeds via MCC and TCF site
Attention TMX Information Processor Clients
Please be advised that the TMX IP team has reproduced the issue and identified the root cause affecting CIX data in the CBBO-A1 and CBBO-A2 feeds.
A fix has been identified and the TMX IP team is currently testing a permanent solution in the test environment. We expect to implement the fix to both Markham (MCC) and Toronto (TCF) sites tonight after market close to be effective on Thursday, October 1, 2026.
As a result, the TMX IP team will proceed with removing CIX data from the CBBO-A1 and CBBO-A2 feeds across both MCC and TCF locations today.
All other TMX-IP feeds are operating normally.
TMX IP will continue to provide updates once the fix has been implemented.
