TMX Equity Trading Notice
TSX and TSXV 2025 Q4 enhancement - Implementation Date
TMX Equities Trading is pleased to announce that the proposed amendments to the upcoming Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") and TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") Q4 enhancement including the Market on Open auction and Closing Auction identifier on the Binary Feeds (as set out in Equities Trading Notice 2025-022 and Notice 2025-029 ) are scheduled to available in the production environment on November 3, 2025. As a reminder, the amendments are now available in our test environment (see Equities Trading Notice 2025-027).
The amendments remain subject to regulatory approval.
