TMX Equity Trading Notice
TSX Receives Regulatory Approval Regarding Amendments to the Market On Open Auction
TMX Equities Trading is pleased to announce that the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") has received regulatory approval from the Ontario Securities Commission for its proposed Amendments to the Market On Open Auction, as described in Equities Notice 2025-022.
The amendments are expected to be implemented on TSX and TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") on November 3, 2025. The TSXV amendments remain subject to regulatory approval.
