Africa Oil Corp. (the "Company") - An application has been granted for the original listing in the Oil & Gas category of 341,577,488 common shares of the Company, of which 310,524,989 common shares are issued and outstanding, and 31,052,499 common shares are reserved for issuance.

The common shares of the Company will be listed and posted for trading at the opening on Tuesday, May 6, 2014.

The Company is subject to the reporting requirements of Section 501 of the TSX Company Manual.
