Nature of business: The ETF seeks to replicate, to the extent reasonably possible and before fees and expenses, the performance of the Fidelity Canada Systematic Canadian Bond Index. This Fidelity ETF invests primarily in Canadian fixed income securities.
Transfer agent and registrar: State Street Trust Company Canada at its principal office in Toronto.
Distributions: Cash distributions on Units of the ETF will be made monthly. The Manager may, in its discretion, change the frequency of cash distributions, and will issue a press release if such a change is made, or the Manager may make additional distributions if determined to be appropriate. Distributions are not fixed or guaranteed.

Initial public offering: 400,000 Units will be issued at a subscription price of $25.00. The ETF is authorized to issue an unlimited number of Units, each of which represents an equal, undivided interest in the Units' proportionate share of the assets of the ETF. The Units of the ETF are being issued and sold on a continuous basis and there is no maximum number of Units that may be issued.
