Incorporation: Horizons ETF Corp. (the "Company") is a mutual fund corporation established under the federal laws of Canada. The ETF was established on June 22, 2020, pursuant to articles of amendment of the Company. The ETF is a separate Corporate Class.
Manager: Horizons ETFs Management (Canada) Inc.
Fiscal year end: December 31
Nature of business: The ETF seeks to generate modest capital growth by investing primarily in high interest U.S. dollar deposit accounts with Canadian banks. While any decision to pay dividends or other distributions is within the discretion of the Manager, the ETF is not currently expected to make any regular distributions.
Transfer agent and registrar: TSX Trust Company at its principal office in Toronto.
Distributions: The ETF does not currently intend to pay regular dividends or returns of capital on the ETF Shares.
Sponsorship: Not applicable
Additional Information: Participating Organizations should note that all trades in the ETF will be on a T+1 settlement on a permanent basis, from July 3, 2020.
 
The Shares will be traded in U.S. funds. Accordingly, they will appear under the heading U.S. funds in newspapers and the Exchange's Daily Record and Monthly Review.

T+2 special settlement rules are being imposed to accommodate the US banking holiday on Friday, July 3, 2020.

Initial public offering: 500,000 ETF Shares will be issued at a subscription price of US$100.00 per ETF Share. The ETF is authorized to issue an unlimited number of ETF Shares. ETF Shares of the ETF are being issued and sold on a continuous basis and there is no maximum number of ETF Shares that may be issued.
