Nature of business: The ETF seeks to replicate, to the extent possible and before fees and expenses, the performance of the Solactive US Aggregate Bond Hedged to CAD Index, or any successor thereto. It invests primarily in U.S. investment grade fixed income securities. Foreign currency exposure is hedged back to the Canadian dollar.

Initial public offering: 100,000 CAD Units will be issued at a subscription price of $100.00 per CAD Unit. The ETF is authorized to issue an unlimited number of CAD Units, each of which represents an equal, undivided interest in the CAD Units' proportionate share of the assets of the ETF. CAD Units of the ETF are being issued and sold on a continuous basis and there is no maximum number of CAD Units that may be issued.
