Incorporation: The ETF is an exchange traded fund established as a trust under the laws of the Province of Ontario effective June 3, 2021 pursuant to an amended and restated master declaration of trust.
Manager and Trustee: Franklin Templeton Investments Corp.

Nature of business: The ETF seeks to provide income and capital appreciation through exposure to global equity securities by investing primarily in units of Franklin ClearBridge Sustainable Global Infrastructure Income Fund (or its successor fund) and/or equity securities of sustainable issuers in the infrastructure business.
