Nature of business: The ETF seeks to replicate, to the extent reasonably possible and before fees and expenses, the performance of a broad emerging market equity index that measures the investment return of publicly traded securities in emerging countries in Asia, Latin America, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Currently, the ETF seeks to track the Morningstar® Emerging Markets Target Market Exposure Index™ (or any successor thereto).
