Nature of business: The investment objective of the ETF is to seek long-term capital growth. The ETF generally invests in equity securities of issuers that are: (i) in emerging markets; or (ii) tied economically to emerging markets, provided that the issuers in which the ETF invests are expected to be beneficiaries of the increasing consumption and growing purchasing power of individuals in the world's emerging markets.

Distributions: It is anticipated that the ETF may make distributions to its Unitholders on an annual basis at the discretion of the Manager.
