Incorporation: The ETF is an exchange-traded mutual fund established under the laws of Ontario on January 19, 2022 pursuant to an amended and restated master declaration of trust and is also an alternative mutual fund under applicable securities legislation.

Nature of business: The investment objective of the ETF is to replicate, to the extent reasonably possible and before the deduction of fees and expenses, a multiple of the performance of a rules-based, equal-weighted Canadian financials index. Specifically, the ETF currently seeks to replicate a 1.25 times multiple of the Solactive Canadian Financials Equal-Weight Index (or any successor thereto).
The ETF will use leverage in order to seek to achieve its investment objective. Leverage will be created through the use of cash borrowings or as otherwise permitted under applicable securities legislation.
Transfer agent and registrar: TSX Trust Company at its principal offices in Toronto.
Distributions: It is anticipated that the ETF will make distributions on a monthly basis. Such distributions will be paid in cash unless a Unitholder is participating in the Reinvestment Plan.

Offering document: Prospectus dated January 19, 2022, which is available at www.SEDAR.com. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein are as defined in the Prospectus.
Initial public offering: 125,001 Class E Units will be issued at a subscription price of $16.00 per Class E Unit. The ETF is authorized to issue an unlimited number of Class E Units, each of which represents an equal, undivided interest in the net assets of the ETF. Class E Units of the ETF are being issued and sold on a continuous basis and there is no maximum number of Class E Units that may be issued.
