Nature of business: The CI ETF seeks to replicate, to the extent reasonably possible and before fees and expenses, the performance of the Auspice Broad Commodity Excess Return Index (the "Index"), or any successor thereto, by investing in financial instruments, including futures contracts and derivatives, to gain exposure to the Index. The Index currently uses a quantitative methodology to track a diversified portfolio of commodity futures contracts, or components, across 3 sectors: Agriculture, Energy, and Metals.

Dividends: Cash distributions of income, if any, on the Units will be paid quarterly.

Initial public offering: 250,000 Units will be issued at a subscription price of C$20.00 per Unit. CI ETF is authorized to issue an unlimited number of Units, each of which represents an undivided interest in the net assets of CI ETF. The Units of CI ETF are being issued and sold on a continuous basis and there is no maximum number of Units that may be issued.
