Nature of business: The investment objectives of the ETF are to provide Unitholders with: (a) attractive monthly distributions and (b) the opportunity for capital appreciation by investing, directly or indirectly, on a leveraged basis, in a portfolio of equity and fixed income securities. The ETF seeks to hedge substantially all of its direct exposure to foreign currencies back to the Canadian dollar.

CAD Units of the ETF are being issued and sold on a continuous basis and there is no maximum number of CAD Units that may be issued.
