Nature of business: The investment objective of the RBC ETF is to provide income for a limited period of time ending on the RBC ETF's Termination Date, by replicating, to the extent possible, the investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before the RBC ETF's fees and expenses, of the FTSE Canada 2028 Maturity Corporate Bond Index.

The RBC ETF is authorized to issue an unlimited number of CAD Units, each of which represents an equal, undivided interest in the net assets of the RBC ETF. The CAD Units of the RBC ETF are being issued and sold on a continuous basis and there is no maximum number of CAD Units that may be issued.
