Nature of business: The ETF seeks to track, to the extent reasonably possible and before the deduction of fees and expenses, the performance of a Canadian bank dividend index that measures the investment return of equity securities of the largest Canadian banks. The Index uses a rules-based weighting methodology that ranks the Constituent Issuers based on dividend growth and puts more weight in the issuers with higher dividend growth. Currently, this ETF seeks to track the Solactive Canadian Bank Dividend Index (CA NTR) (or any successor thereto).

Distributions: Cash distributions, if any, will be payable monthly.

The CAD Units of the ETF are being issued and sold on a continuous basis and there is no maximum number of CAD Units that may be issued.
